having a computer in wokrplace has it advantages and disadvantages.Among the advantages of having a computer in a workplace are it make the environment of the workplace more condusive. When the environment are condusive, it can highly increase the productivity and workers can have their work in comfortable feelings.
In addition,the computer are speed and consisteency.Having a computer in the wworkplace can make the work easier and the workers could do their work faster. The quality of their work is also good.For example when workers do their work using computer there is less mistake in spelling and can save their work effectively in computer.
Besides that,the computer are realibility and we can communicated with other in the world. Moreover,the workers in become more knowledge by surfing the internet.They can get to know the recent news just by click to the computer.
However having a computer in the workplace also has ugly side.Among disadvantages such as violation of privacy,public safety,impact on labor force,health risk and impact on environment.

Many types of computer that suitable for every work place such as for home user, small office/home office(SOHO)user, mobile user, power user and large business user. Computer have software and hardware. Software available for home user. Computer have many advantages such as Web access and personal finance management. Besides that, we also can communicate with the other friends without go out for meet. It also can give entertainment. Software also available for small office/home office (SOHO) user. Computer are productivity software, specialty software, Web usage and an e-mail. Computers also available for a mobile user.It have hardware and software. Hardware have notebook computers, tablet PCs,internet- enabled PDAs, and smart phone. While software complete with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation graphic software. Computer also give the power user advantages such as extremely fast processors. Types of power users are engineers, scientist,architects, desktop publishers and graphic artist. Computers also prepair large business user such as have payroll, inventory, e-commerce and desktop publishing.
